For better control on merchandise returns and timely R.A. receipts to our customers, please read the following policy carefully.
Please note that all items within the 'Sale' and 'Clearance" categories are final sale and non-refundable.
Please also note that refunds can only be refunded back to the original payment method and can take up to 7 working days to process. This does not account for any time it takes your bank to accept the refund and deposit into your account.
Online Retail Return Policy- Return within 14 days, Exchange within 21 days
Alexia Admor provides the following provisions assuming NO alterations or damages have been incurred. If a dress is returned/exchanged with signs of wear and tear, missing tags, or other damage/alterations (i.e. snags, rips, make-up stains, discernible odors), we will not accept the return/exchange.
1. You may return the ordered merchandise within 14 calendar days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions regarding your return.
2. If a return is authorized and free UPS Ground Shipping was applied to the original order, an $8.99 restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please note that the restocking fee is charged by our shipping warehouse and we have no control over the restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refunded in the event of a return unless authorized by management.
3. Exchanges: You may exchange your purchase for a different size or style within 21 days of receipt of your merchandise. If an order is outside the 14 day return window and is exchanged for a different dress within 21 days, the customer may not subsequently return the exchanged dress. Multiple exchanges are solely at the discretion of Alexia Admor.
The above exchange provisions are contingent on prevailing inventory levels. We inspect all returned merchandise prior to exchange fulfillment. If a dress is returned and refused by Alexia Admor due to non-compliance with the return policy and/or subsequently refused by the customer, Alexia Admor will charge 50% of the value of the merchandise as a restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges.
- Return shipping is subject to any shipping fees that may apply
- Return Authorizations will be given for damaged merchandise and double shipments only
- All claims must be received in writing (email is acceptable) within seven (7) days of receiving merchandise- please specify the order number and reasons for the exchange/return.
- All claims received after the due date will be declined
- Alexia Admor reserves the right to collect any balance that is deducted from payment for any unauthorized returns.

Alexia Admor reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason. Your order is construed as an offer only.
Note that international order totals indicated during checkout do not include international customs taxes or duties. By placing an order on alexiaadmor.com, the customer accepts full responsibility for those fees. Please contact your local customs office for information regarding fees you may incur. If an order is shipped and subsequently refused at the destination specified by the customer, Alexia Admor will NOT refund shipping charges or international customs, taxes, or duties. Please note that we cannot process returns for international customers at this time but will accommodate exchanges within a reasonable length of time and all exchanges must be approved by management.
