- Use provided label and mail your return items
- Please allow us up to 9 days from package receipt, to credit your return.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

Route Package Protection Insurance is not refundable.

Shipping cost is also not refundable unless proof of late delivery.
- If you receive an item that is damaged, please send us a photo of the damage garment and email customer service immediately at sales1@alexiaadmor.com
- No returns are accepted under Final Sale. Items will be returned to sender.

ALEXIA ADMOR is implementing a Modified Return Policy on accounts that exceed our returns threshold. If you have placed orders more than three times in the last 12 months with a 90% or higher return rate, your account will be subject to return restrictions. If placed under our Modified Return Policy, all access to our online returns portal will be removed and you will have to contact sales1@alexiaadmor.com to make any returns in the future.
* Standard Shipping may not be available for shipments to Alaska, and Hawaii. At the moment we do not ship to US territories.
Returns and Exchanges only apply to items purchased directly from Alexiaadmor.com. Any items received will be returned to the sender.
