Shipping & Return

All retail online orders $199 and above are eligible for Free UPS Ground Shipping within the United States. Expedited delivery options are available, rates are determined based on distance, weight and delivery time.

For better control on merchandise returns and timely R.A. receipts to our customers, please read the following policy carefully:

Online Retail Return Policy - Return within 5 Days, Exchange within 14 Days

We provide the following provisions assuming NO alterations or damages have been incurred. If a dress is returned/exchanged with sign of wear, missing tags or other damage/alterations( i.e. snags, rips, make-up stains or odors) we will not accept the return/exchange

  1. You may return the dress within five (5) calendar days of receiving the initially ordered dress. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please email adam@alexiaadmor.com to initiate a return
  2. If a return is authorized and free UPS Ground shipping was applied to the original order, an $8.99 restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Shipping charges are not refunded in the event of a return under any circumstances.
  3. Exchanges: You may exchange your purchase for a different size or style within 14 days of receiving your dress. If an order is outside of the 5 day return window and exchanged for a different dress within 14 days, the customer may not subsequently return the exchanged dress. Multiple exchanges are permitted at Alexia Admor's discretion

The above exchange provisions are contingent on prevailing inventory levels.  We inspect all returned items prior to exchange fulfillment. If a dress is returned, refused by Alexia Admor (due to non-compliance with return policy) and/or subsequently refused by the customer, we will charge 50% of the value of the dress as a restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges.

 

  • Return shipping is subject to any shipping fees that may apply
  • Return Authorizations will be given for damaged merchandise and double shipments only
  • All claims must be received in writing (email is acceptable) or faxed to our office within seven (7) days of receiving merchandise - please specify style number, quantity and reasons for exchange/authorized return
  • All claims received after the due date posted on Alexia Admor's Return Authorization form will be declined
  • Alexia Admor reserves the right to collect any balance that is deducted from payment for any unauthorized returns
  • Our shipping department will decline all returns without a valid R.A. label posted to the front of the carton
  • Alexia Admor reserves the right to repair any item deemed fixable and re-ship the merchandise

International Customers:
Note that international order totals indicated during checkout do not include international customs taxes or duties.  By placing an order on alexiaadmor.com, the customer accepts full responsibility for those fees. Please contact your local customs office for information regarding fees you may incur. If an order is placed and subsequently refused at the destination, Alexia Admor will not refund shipping charges or international customs taxes or duties.
